Max on Life (book review)

max on life cover

One of America’s favorite pastors and popular authors answers common questions in his quiet, friendly, no-nonsense manner. Max Lucado invites us to sit down with a cup of tea (or coffee, or diet coke) and chat about the real-life concerns that bog us down. He addresses topics such as hope, hurt, help, relationships, home, possessions/money, and the hereafter. Each short, readable chapter starts with a real question from a real person. I almost thought he’d been sneaking peeks at my journal!

If we aren’t asking these questions about life, someone we know is. Here’s a non-threatening way to engage our loved ones in a dialogue about what really matters in life. Lucado has the experience, the writing skills, and the answers. A special addendum includes Max’s advice on writing and publishing.
